Starting dose 2 VISITS a week with 125 mg IV drip each time 3-4 days apart. Titrate up to 25 mg interval based on client tolerance. Max dose 1000 mg monthly (TWO 250 mg infusions on separate days 3-4 days apart or ONE 500mg drip BASED ON TOLERANCE. Service provider assesses client, take vitals, gives the IV over 3-4 hours based on tolerance and stays with client
